By Sharon Gorman, D.C. Monday Morning Message… I just figured out my stats for January. I had my best January since I’ve been in practice. I had my fourth highest month ever. The reason I mention this is not only to brag but I tell you in hope that my success will motive your success.

We usually give them something to show our appreciation and this year we happened to give out these little books. I had one of my CAs print out gift certificates to insert in each book.
I am writing this message between seeing patients this morning. As I sat down and thought about what I am going to write today I thought about the last few minutes in the adjusting room. I was listening to a patient who was basically telling me that the symptom she originally had come to me for has returned.
Catchy title, especially for you fellow ladies, but that is not what I meant. I’m talking about your office. This is usually our busiest time of the year and true to form we have been starting a ton of new patients. The only problem is that our overall numbers haven’t been growing. I had to stop and take a look and actually consult myself for a minute. What would I tell me if I was not me but looking at my stats.
