Earlier today, I bumped into my friend Jenn Brown, in the Marina del Rey area of Los Angeles. I hadn’t seen her in some time, and she shared a bit of what she’s been up to the past few months.
You’ve probably seen Jenn on ESPN, as she has hosted a number of the networks programs. When I saw her today she told me about a new show she is hosting that’s being aired on Country Music Television (CMT) called I Want to Look Like a High School Cheerleader Again.
The concept for the show sounded great and Jenn was excited to be a part of it. Basically, CMT has brought out Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders trainer Jay Johnson to get 10 women back into their high school cheerleading shape. The show is an eight episode series, and I believe it’s running over a 10 week schedule.
Personally, I like seeing shows where people are exercising and getting back in shape, even if it is sensationalized for a television audience. Jay Johnson has a great reputation as a trainer and he runs an intense fitness bootcamp. You’ll get to see lots of him and his workout techniques on the program. Since Jenn is hosting the show, you’ll certainly see lots of her. You can learn more about the show and take a look at everyone’s profiles on the CMT cheerleader series page.
Jenn has been working out hard herself, and she looked great as usual. While we both love chiropractic adjustments, there’s numerous benefits gained when incorporating a regular fitness routine into one’s lifestyle. For more on this reality television host, check out the Jenn Brown web site.
The cheerleader show airs on CMT Tuesday night, October 9th, 2007, and a second episode airs on Saturday, October 13th. Check the CMT link above for listings.
This LA chiropractor is wishing Jenn and everyone else on the program, all the best!
