Photo Slideshow DCS California Jam 2008

By Michael Dorausch, D.C.

I don’t think that this slideshow works if you’re using an Internet Explorer browser. It should work in Firefox.

These images are from the Chiropractic California Jam which was held on Saturday, April 26, 2008, at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. More than 1000 chiropractors were in attendance for the event and it featured a lineup of incredibly talented speakers. There was also lots of heavy-metal rock ‘n roll during the intermissions.

Nothing like a chiropractic conference that feels like a rock concert. One may think doctors in attendance would be listening to elevator music, but it was Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, AC/DC, another rock ‘n roll music being played. I think there’s some room for Rage against the Machine and maybe even MegaDeath at upcoming events.

If you cannot view the slideshow the images are available here… CalJam 2008

Hats off to the chiropractors that worked so hard to make this event a success.

  1. Quite the event. So many world class doctors in one location. Congrats to Dr. DeMoss for a spectacular show. Great planning to have Dr. Schofield as the clean up hitter. He really capped the night and put it all together.

    What recession?

  2. The amazing thing is that this successful mega-event was NOT put on by a company whos business is putting on events. Cal Jam was the vision and project of a practicing DC who will be in the office tommorrow seeing patients. Dr. Bill Demoss has struck a power chord in the hearts of the California chiropractor, not to mention those from around the world. The event rocked in more ways than one and I can guarantee that on Monday morning there will be 1000+ fired up docs and staff filled with much healing and love for their patients. Thank you Billy D for your inspiration and LOVE for chiropractic!

  3. Kudos to Dr. Bill DeMoss & friends for putting together an amazing event!

And thanks to Dr. Mike for the pictures and the ongoing coverage. Now all those that did not make it to the event can see what they missed!

  4. Looks like I missed an awesome event!!! Two questions…..1) When is the next one? 2) Will there be cds or dvds available for purchase?

  5. Mike,
    The event was awesome.
I am so glad that you took the pictures. It allowed me to show others what a fantastic event it was.
I wonder where we will run into each other again!
    Much Love,
