CAC Has a New Website

By Michael Dorausch, D.C.

The Chiropractic Awareness Council has launched a newly re-designed website to coincide with a massive Ontario wide radio public awareness campaign which begins this week.

The CAC website is well done and very creative. Many hours have gone into the re-design of this site. One of the best features is the “Find a Chiropractor” section which provides city listings of CAC chiropractors. It is always good to have an up-to-date list of contacts as many of us around the world are often looking to refer people into offices around the globe.

CAC members have been strong and vocal supporters of Planet Chiropractic and we appreciate each and every one of you. For those of you unfamiliar with the CAC, we have included some info from their site to get you better acquainted.

What is the CAC?
We are the Chiropractic Awareness Council, a group of caring and compassionate doctors of Chiropractic.

Vision Statement
Empowerment of the public with the Chiropractic Life Principles thereby enhancing the fulfillment of human potential in a subluxation-free society.

The Chiropractic Principles we promote will always be congruent with those of D.D. Palmer, B.J. Palmer, and Stevenson’s 33 Principles of Chiropractic.

Statement of Purpose
The Council exists to promote public awareness of Chiropractic life principles by promoting an awareness of the devastating effects of the Vertebral Subluxation Complex on the expression of Human Potential. Our purpose is to educate the public by all means possible with the conviction that Chiropractic care is an integral aspect of health of people of all ages and to society in general. The Council will defend itself against attempts to restrict our right to disseminate this information.

The Council serves to empower the public and the Chiropractor by education with rational, logical, philosophical, and scientific knowledge thereby enhancing our communities’ ability to make informed health care choices for themselves and their families.

The Council specifically supports members in their ability to fulfil our Mission on an individual, local, national and international level.
