Parker University Crowns Mr and Ms Parker Fitness

Parker University recently held its first annual Mr. and Ms. Parker Fitness Competition. The competition comprised of a strength, endurance, and flexibility performance as well as a posing presentation. Parker students who competed for the title of Mr. and Ms. Parker Fitness included Nicole Heilsberg, Abbye Mladenka, Kara Stephenson, Jason Christ, Nathan Gomez, and Darrell Thompson.

Chiropractic Fun in Southern California Sun

Whether it be getting adjusted to achieve optimal performance, or getting adjusted to recover from stresses and strains put on the body, chiropractic is the way to go for summer sports. As a chiropractor practicing in a beach community, I see a fair share of sun related summer activities, which gets people on adjusting tables for proper spine alignment. This past weekend was no exception, as Southern California chiropractors were hands-on to provide adjustments for amateur and professional men’s and women’s volleyball players at the Corona Light Wide Open event in Hermosa Beach, California.

We became stronger, increasing our compassion, capacity, and production. We became more fragile, and so many made promises, seeking a little something, some substance, with all of life’s sauce.
