2009 Rock and Roll Marathon San Diego Results and Photos

More than 20,000 hit the streets for this years 2009 San Diego Marathon. Billed as the Rock and Roll Marathon, runners and walkers alike, took to the pavement for 26.2 miles of outdoor Rock-N-Roll excitement. More than 40 live bands performed and thousands of cheerleading peeps lined the 26.2 mile course, making the event even more exhilarating for those participating. The race began at Sixth Avenue and Palm Street near Balboa Park and this years finish was at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in Point Loma.
