Summertime 2009 is in full swing, and while you’re out enjoying some good times with family and friends, don’t forget there’s some spectacular activities for chiropractors to participate in this July and August. On the East Coast, on the West Coast, in the Midwest, and throughout the world, there are chiropractor gatherings taking place, so that the inner chiropractic spark that moves you can continue burning brightly.
There is a poker tournament coming to Southern California this October, as part of a special event to benefit Talk about Curing Autism (TACA), taking place at the St. Regis Hotel in Monarch Beach. This is the third annual event and it is scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2009. I received a postcard today and wanted to share the news with others. Save the date and prepare to visit Southern California for this gala event.
Just when the flu “formerly known as swine” was losing its headline luster for being too mild and ordinary a bug, the first global influenza pandemic in 41 years was declared by the World Health Organization (WHO). On June 11, 2009 the WHO raised the pandemic warning to level 6, the highest possible alert.

Dr. Glenn Larsen of Lifetime Health Chiropractic Center in Santa Barbara, California called me thanks to a referral from Dr. Anita Morgenstern in New York.
