Chiropractic audio podcasts have returned to Planet Chiropractic. Our chiropractic website began doing audio presentations, featuring chiropractors from around the globe, in the late 1990s. Before people were popularly listening to mp3 file formats and podcasts, planet chiropractic delivered audio and video in formats such as Real Media (.rm), Windows Advanced Streaming Format (.asf), and QuickTime movie formats (.mov), with file downloads that could take up to an hour to receive, when using a dial-up modem service.
