San Francisco chiropractors Scott Swanson (of Parkside Chiropractic) and Keith Fretty (Ocean Chiropractic Center) shared individually that they’ve been preparing runners for Sunday’s race with recent regular chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Fretty tells us there’s lots of excitement in the air for this year’s annual run, which is great fun, and an excellent distance race for those wanting to maintain good running health.

Perform searches using terms like Bay to Breakers, Bay to Breakers 2009, etc.. There are already plenty of entertaining photos posted from the 2008 race.

Best of health to everyone participating in Sunday’s run, and thanks to the Northern California Chiropractors assisting in helping runners maximize their performance, and meeting their goals.
