West Los Angeles local doctor of chiropractic offices receive some television attention thanks to Planet Chiropractic and the growing use of TV content creators using the internet to research topics and make contacts.
Dr. Luke Cohen of Pacific Palisades, and Dr. Jeff Ptak of Santa Monica will be featured in an upcoming television broadcast to be aired throughout the United States.
Film crews spent many hours in the offices of the two West Los Angeles chiropractors, interviewing practice members, filming adjusting procedures, and documenting the use of SEMG technology.
Several things to note that these two chiropractors have in common:
— Family practitioners, seeing all ages of practice members.
— Raising children of their own in a chiropractic lifestyle.
— Use Surface EMG technology in their offices, much of which was captured on film.
— Practice in a non-insurance dependant model.
— Active members of their respective communities.
— Active members in their local chiropractic society.
Dr. Cohen has been in practice for just about a year and we found it inspiring that he would rise to the challenge of sharing the chiropractic message on camera.
Dr. Jeff is one of the founders of the Los Angeles Chiropractic Philosophy Society, a group dedicated to promoting fellowship among chiropractors in the Los Angeles area. Both chiropractors are active participants in the LACPS.

First I must thank Planet Chiropractic for through the efforts and dedication of Dr. Mike Dorausch its founder, Chiropractic information is being disseminated worldwide. Through this website (Network Name Withheld) decided to do a segment on Chiropractic. Thanks to Dr. Mike, (Network Name Withheld) spent 6 hours in our office this past Wednesday speaking to our family members and filming like crazy. They stayed hours longer then they anticipated. I did a 1 hour interview about why Chiropractic is so unique and how the time has come to stop the chiropractic vs. medicine battle. How different we are from one another.
