Quantum Reflex Analysis and Nutritional Seminars

By Michael Dorausch, D.C.

I’ve got stacks of mail on the desk that I’ve been meaning to post about. Now seems to be as good a time as any. I will start with a mailer I received regarding a program called Quantum Reflex Analysis, which is also known as QRA. The mailing is for a seminar taking place in Irvine, California at the end of this month, January 25 through January 27, 2008.

I’d never heard of this program but from what I can gather by the postcard is it’s related to nutrition. Symptoms listed on the postcard include allergies, osteoporosis, diabetes, chronic fatigue, asthma, chronic pain, arthritis, edema, digestion, immune dysfunction, parasites, lime’s disease, and headaches.

I do not see the weekend event listed on the chiropractic seminars pages so I’m including information here for those that may be interested. Postcard says the event is being held at the Embassy Suites in Irvine, California. If I recall correctly (been to many seminars in that area) the Embassy Suites is located right by the Fashion Island in Orange County. Hotel address is 450 Newport Center Dr., Newport Beach, CA 92660

There’s no web site listed on the postcard and the only phone number listed is for a company called Premier research labs, and that phone number is 800-325-7734

Phone number for the Embassy Suites in Irvine is 714-539-4600

Dr. smoothie bio barWhile I’m on the topic of nutrition I did not want to get to mention that I ate a Bio Bar today after my run on the beach. It was made with organic peanut butter and was quite tasty, as nutritional bars go. I think the company that makes them sells them by the case.

Received another mailing for a seminar taking place in Irvine, California in January. This one features Dan Murphy with topics on Nutritional Neurology and Chiropractic. I’ve posted on neurological therapy events before. Dr. Murphy puts on spectacular seminars.

For those in Southern California this event is taking place at the Marriott Hotel at 18000 Von Karman Avenue. Click the add the address link for a Google map: 18000 Von Karman Ave, Irvine, CA 92612

I received a January 2008 product catalog from a company called Dee Cee Laboratories, Inc. It’s amazing to me that companies are still sending out large paper-based mailings that don’t promote websites and online ordering. On the catalog cover our product names such as bone reinforcer, charcoal caps, phase 2 carb block, glucosamine, chlorophyll concentrate, omega-3’s, pomegranate, and others. And the smallest of lettering (which is not even in bold) is a mention that products can be ordered online. I’d rework this catalog for 2009 and put a much greater emphasis on online ordering. Here’s the site link for those looking for it.

I received another mailing from Ulan Nutritional Systems for upcoming seminars. Search the database for nutritional events, they should be listed.

Time to recycle the stack of mail.
