Best Pharmaceuticals for Children

According to an article published on Excite News, Senators Chris Dodd (D-Connecticut) and Mike DeWine (R-Ohio) are pushing to renew a 1997 law that will encourage drug makers to increase testing of drugs on children.

The bill, known as the “Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act” would renew the old law for another six years and would provide greater financial incentives for drug companies to test drugs on children. One of the incentives would be a government fund of $200 million for the first year, to pay for studies of off-patent medications in children, according to the article.

Drug pushers defend such programs despite media reports regarding the dangers of clinical trials for children. According to the article, the alternative is “an ongoing national experiment with giving untested drugs to millions of children, or the tragedy of denying children access to lifesaving treatments.”

It’s time to get yourself out of the medical paradigm, the world of wellness is not going there. Why on earth would we be giving drugs to millions of healthy kids? The difference is that the medical paradigm assumes they are not healthy. They want you to believe you are born sick, deficient, and are lacking that special something that can only be brought to you by your local drugstore and/or multi-national pharmaceutical manufacturer.

The best pharmaceuticals for children are the ones their bodies make naturally each and every day.
