200 Associate Ads in Classifieds

Regarding chiropractic classifieds, received an e-mail today from student at Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport Iowa…

Thank you for your website, it is appreciated. (Palmer students are so polite)

If you have time here is a suggestion. The associate ads are difficult to look through. It would be nice if they were broken up in groups of technique. If when they placed an ad you had them chose for example Gonstead, Grostic, NUCCA, Activator, Multidisciplinary, or mutli technique.

That was a great suggestion so I logged into the classifieds administration area to check up on fields that are used when posting ads for associate jobs in chiropractic offices. Turns out there is a technique field there already. I played around with changing the technique entry field into checkboxes for techniques. Problem is the list got really long, really quick. We will work on making it more clear that chiropractors include information specific to techniques such as Diversified, Upper Cervical Specific, Meric, the techniques listed above, and others.

When posting ads for Associates, please list all related chiropractic techniques. This way we can find your information when searching by technique.

After browsing around the advanced search features (advanced classifieds search) I discovered you could do that already, as long as the person posting their ad included information about technique.

Here’s a quick search list to search classifieds ads by technique (not filtered for just the associate category)…

Gonstead
Diversified
NUCCA
Activator

If someone would e-mail me a list of chiropractic techniques I could have an organized list created that could be filtered for use in searching classified ads.

While I was checking the Associates ad category I noticed there was no input box for the chiropractic school graduated from. Chiropractors posting ads seeking associates can leave that field blank (unless seeking students from specific schools) but chiropractors seeking associate work should include that information. If anyone else has suggestions for improving the classified advertising system, you can e-mail me using the link above.
