福利待遇
1、月薪：25K-35K（基本工资+奖金等绩效）具体面议
2、年终奖：年度绩效奖金为0-3倍月工资，具体奖金将依据您的团队协作、参与其他管理及创新性工作情况的考核确定；
3、调薪：公司每年将评估您的业绩，根据个人绩效及公司绩效，会相应调整您的工资；
4、每月200元餐补，公司按国家规定为您缴纳五险一金。
Salary and Welfare
1. Monthly salary: 25K-35K (basic salary + bonus, etc.) Details should be discussed during interview.
2. Year-end bonus: annual performance bonus is 0-3 times of monthly salary. The specific bonus will be determined basing on the assessment of your team cooperation, participation in other management work and innovative work;
3. Salary adjustment: the company will evaluate your performance every year and adjust your salary according to your personal performance and company performance.
4. 200 RMB per month for meal supplement; the company shall pay five social insurances and one housing fund for you in accordance with national regulations.
岗位职责:
1、针对顾客的身体健康状况，通过专业美式整脊理疗减轻疾病症状、改善健康状况；
2、通过调节脊柱和身体的平衡来改善身体的各种功能性疾病。
3、通过亲情沟通，建立与顾客的良好关系，提高顾客满意度；
4、配合理疗项目、拓展相关业务。
Job responsibilities:
1. According to the physical health condition of customers, to reduce the disease symptoms and improve the health condition with professional chiropractic therapy;
2. To treat various functional diseases by adjusting balance of spine and that of body.
3. To establish good relationship with customers and to improve customers’ satisfaction through communication;
4. To combine with physiotherapy and to develop related businesses.
任职资格:
1、学历：本科以上
2、工作年限：3年以上
3、具有医师资格证，可持证上岗；
4、熟练掌握美式整脊操作流程，可独立完成美式整脊工作；
5、具有良好的沟通能力，思维活跃、心胸宽广、个性平和，爱岗敬业！
Qualifications:
1. Education: Doctorate of Chiropractic degree
2. Working years: more than 3 years
3. Hold a US state chiropractic license to practice, and can be employed with the certificate;
4. Be proficient in the operation process of Chiropractic, and able to independently complete the Chiropractic treatment;
5. With good communication skills and active thinking; be broad-minded with gentle personality, and be dedicative to work.
