Watershed Wellness currently has 2 rooms available for rent. We would love to add a Chiropractor! Massage therapist/Physical therapist/Naturopath/Esthetician/Nutritionist/etc are also welcome!
We are a Wellness Center currently offering acupuncture, massage, nutrition counseling, Chinese herbs, and supplements. We offer clinical treatments in a relaxing atmosphere, with an emphasis on holistic/functional medicine. We have two waiting areas and a patient library shared by all providers. We are located close to many other healthcare facilities on Lilly Rd, just a block away from St Peters and Kaiser Permanente hospitals.
The first room is huge and beautiful- about 20×28 feet! It has a gas fireplace, desk, sofa, big windows, and storage. First 6 months rent and front desk scheduling for $1000/mo. Cost for billing is based on number of patients and needs one-on-one discussion to determine fee schedule. If you are interested in renting the room without billing/scheduling support, that is also an option!
The second room is about 10×10 feet and includes a massage table, stool, and towel warmer. Huge windows and storage also included! Rent for this room is $25/half day or $50/full day. (We are open to discussion of a monthly rate.) Sheet service is available at 85 cents/sheet.
