Do your part to stop 15-visit “Hard Cap” in Workers’ Comp
As most of you know, the California Legislature is poised to adopt a 15-visit per claim “hard cap” on chiropractic care in the workers’ compensation system. This means 15 visits per claim, period. No future medical, period. No additional care even if it is recommended by another health care practitioner, period.
For our patients’ sake, we can’t let this happen!
We have no option! Doctors and patients must mobilize and bring our message directly to state lawmakers about chiropractic. CCA doctor volunteers, staff and lobbyists have and are doing everything possible to win this fight. Now it is time for you, your patients and our entire profession to stand up and be counted.
Employers will be holding their own rally the next day calling for chiropractic caps. So, please, don’t think someone else is going to be there for you and your profession. If you do, we will fail. And, failure is not an option for our patients and practices. There are no excuses period.
