It’s Halloween 2008, time for scary movies, unhealthy candy, and even some last-minute Halloween costume ideas, for those of you that have waited up until this point to decide on your costume. After all the Halloween parades, parties and other festivities settle down, don’t forget there’s still a President to elect this coming Tuesday. Not only that, depending on where you live, it’s time to turn the clock back on November 2 (Sunday), for daylight savings time.
