OC Charter Bus to CCA 2010 Reno Convention

By way of Dr. Joe at the California Chiropractic CCA,

CCA Orange County District (OCCD) is putting together a really FUN bus trip to the CCA Annual Convention and Exposition, in Reno, June 11-13.

Departure
Where: Anaheim Garden Walk Parking Garage in front of 24 Hour Fitness
321 West Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92802-3620

Time: Wednesday, June 9, 2010 9:00 PM Departure for Reno, Nevada
Arrive in Reno, NV at approximately 6AM the following day

There are some fine restaurants at Anaheim Garden Walk: California Pizza Kitchen, PF Chang’s, McCormick & Schmick, Roy’s, Cheescake Factory, & Bubba Gump’s. We can meet together in groups for dinner at 7:15 PM in front of PF Chang’s. Afterward, the bus is available for us to board at 9 PM. If you are not able to join us for dinner, please join us for the charter departure at 9 PM.

Where: Grand Sierra Resort – Reno, NV
Time: Saturday, June 12, 2010 8:30 PM Departure
Arrive back in Anaheim at approximately 6AM the following day.

Cost: $128.00/person, that already includes 15% gratuity to the driver.
Parking: $7/day with validation. The garage has designated parking for the group on the 3rd floor of the garage. Please park on the 3rd floor.

If you are a student. You are invited to attend! DC’s… would you like to be of help to a student? Sponsor a student to attend by paying for their transportation for the CCA convention. Arrive Thursday morning, a day before Convention starts & Enjoy the fresh air, mountains & everything good Reno has to offer.

District Leaders: we hope to see you on-board. Invite your friends to travel with us. The first 56 people to write and send a check for $128 will have a space reserved. After that we’ll set a waiting list. To help us with the count please make checks payable to CCA-OCCD. We are not able to accept credit cards. If we are not able to adequately occupy the bus, we’ll let you know &/or return your check.

re: Lux Bus Charter for CCA Convention

The Resort has noted that our bus will be arriving early on Thursday morning and that requests for early check-in from our charter will be made to the front desk. The resort will do all that they can in accommodating your early check-in request that morning. Relax, chat with friends/colleagues, rest, & be comfortable on your way to the CCA convention. We look forward to a good charter with you on board. You are welcome to bring snacks & soft drinks on-board the bus.
