Hayward, California — Dr. Brian Flannery has been named the new philosophy department chair at Life Chiropractic College West starting September 2012.  A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, Dr. Flannery started his practice in 1998.  In addition to earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, he has a Master’s of Business Administration
