Too many new patients – we need help
We have more new patients than we have time and doctors, so we want to add a DC to our team who has experience (at least 3 years) and who has demonstrated the ability in the past to communicate and lead.
We are a multi-disciplinary clinic with various services, so you could say we are looking for a quot mixer, quot though we don’t normally use that term.
Our compensation model is a base salary 43 a generous bonus structure. We pay very well. You’d likely step into insta-new patients (I say likely because we do not guarantee patients or your success, but right now we are a little overwhelmed). The job is in Colorado Springs, CO. You’d have tons of tools to help patients and loads of staff support.
