Space for lease on weekends, FRI , SAT, SUN, (8am to 8pm)
You will basically have reign of the complete office on the weekends. If you want or have need to work on weekdays and if we can work it out, great. This place kind of runs lives a small self-serving student client with a loyal part-time receptionist.
The office is 700 square ft. with 1 closed office space to share. No x- ray room, however, small hospital is our neighbor.
Also, for PTs or Chiros, theres an option for sharing exam room space on week days.

3 options available: Rental of 80/day or $5/30min (massage)/ or 12%. All Negotiable. Open to suggestions
Must have liability insurance.
Free phone, Electricity/gas, Internet connection, bathroom, plenty of parking.
Furnished office space with therapy tables (minus your therapy table, if needed, or you can use mine)
Nice place on inside. We keep it warm, clean, and cozy. It could use a paint job on the outside. 🙂
