Second Chiropractor needed to allow for further practice growth
We are looking for a second chiropractor to join our team and take on half of the adjusting schedule. We are a multi-service clinic. We utilize manual therapy and corrective exercise with every chiropractic case, and we also utilize comprehensive nutritional and metabolic programs for weight loss, leaky gut repair, and general health and wellness. We have spinal decompression, full body contouring, cold laser, acupuncture, footlevelers, IST tables, flexion distraction and drop tables, and looking to continue expanding and growing into new markets.
We are a busy and rapidly growing practice, and almost at our capacity for our current staff size.
You would be responsible working Wednesday through Saturday, and treating between 200-300 patients per week in that time.
You must be coachable! We are a part of BluePrint to Healthcare networks and we utilize their systems for operating the practice and training. Do you enjoy learning? Are you good at implementing systems? Are you open to becoming part of a group determined to help as many people as possible? Then this is a good fit for you.
You must be personable! Do you love people? Do you establish report easily? Are you good with working with others on your team? You will fit right in.
You must be professional! We run our office well… we have systems and staff in place to handle everything. We will do the majority of marketing for you, and we also perform your report of findings for you so that you can focus on adjusting patients and being an awesome doctor. Are you tech savy? We have spent significant time and money getting the latest technology (digital x-rays, ChiroTouch software, touch screen interfaces, etc). Are you good at being on time and ready to work? Are you able to have a bad day, but still bring your A game to work? We’d love to have you!
You must be a good adjuster! We utilize mainly diversified Manual adjustments, but we also use drop table, flexion distraction, activator, arthrostim, and SOT blocks for patients who need it. You will be expected to see 50-80 patients per day. So, can you give a great adjustment? Perfect!
You must want to succeed! We offer a base salary, but much of your pay is designed to come from merit based (bonus) pay. That means that the better you perform and the more people you help, your pay goes up substantially. So, do you want to be paid well based upon your hard work? We are your place!
We also handle all staff training for you. We use systems to do the majority of your report of findings for you, so all that you do is step in to go over findings and treatment plans.
