This is a 36 year old practice in a town of 20,000 due east of San Diego, CA. I am seeking retirement and wish to have my patients well taken care of by a committed doctor with plans to stay in the community. My wife and I have worked the practice as a team. The “Mom and Pop” format works well, keeping the overhead low.
We have had income in the past 10 years around $90K gross collections on a three day week. With some marketing, I believe the practice has good growth potential.
The office is about 900 feet of practice space and additionally a very large bathroom for storage, etc. It is a unique setup. Rent is $1600 per month with rental offset by a Family Counselor and an Acupuncturist contributing $800 toward rent leaving net rent of $800.
