Room For rent
I have space in my office that’s suitable for Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, Nutritionist, Esthetician, Wellness Coach. You would be sharing the space with myself a Chiropractor and a Massage Therapist. There is a comfortable reception space for common use. Utilities are included.
I have a choice of two rooms for rent the bigger room (8 x 10) is $1,200 and smaller (6 x 10) is $1,050 per month. I am currently using the 8 x 10 room ($1,200) but can move into the smaller room 6 x 10 ($1,050).
Both rooms has wall cabinets and can be furnished with a massage table, small desk and chair for immediate use. Chiropractor’s can my table however I will need the room 1 day week, mostly on Wednesdays.
Monthly tenant is preferable but I will consider part-time or hourly rental.
MUSAT BE LICENSED AND INSURED.
