Reasonable housing/costs of living. High ranking public schools. Bethel School. Clean air and water. Mountains, lakes, a river runs thru it.
Established practice in a very central location for 1943 yrs. Great patient base, good will. Nice office with sharp staff. Collecting @$200k/yr with relatively low overhead. Ins., cash, medicare, PI. I read that the rule of thumb is: Half the average of the last 3 yrs. collections. Seems fair. Asking $95k. With $15k down I’ll carry the balance for 5 yrs. So $80k for 60 mos.@$1500/mo.
