Philosophy: Middle ground philosophically – we aren’t reading green books before every session but we do talk subluxation/innate intelligence in our office. That being said, we also talk to our patients about symptoms, ‘fixated joints’ and inflammation. Sometimes we talk about an adjustment as releasing healing life forces, sometimes we talk about an adjustment as getting a stuck bone moving. We do not perform anything additional to the adjustment, outside of some soft tissue work with the arthrostim. We do prescribe therapeutic exercises, stretching, Denne Rolls and have a vibe plate.

Vaccines: Upon hiring, training will be provided as to how to neutrally answer questions, and provide unbiased research/sources, however you will NEVER give a personal or professional opinion on the topic. We feel very strongly that this is not within our scope of practice. Additionally, some of the staff members in our office choose to be vaccinated themselves, as well as vaccinate their children. The doctors are middle ground (not 100% pro, not 100% anti) and we DO NOT have conversations or discussions with our patients on this topic.

COVID: We both acknowledge that the COVID-19 pandemic is a very real public health crisis AS WELL AS acknowledge that promoting healthy lifestyles is beneficial to keeping your immune system strong. We do not believe that these things are mutually exclusive. So long as it is recommended by public health officials, masks will be worn in office by all staff and patients. Long story short, if you shared the “Plandemic” documentary earlier this year, we may not be a great fit.

Social Justice: We have imagery in our office that states things such as “Black Lives Matter”, “Trans Rights are Human Rights” and “Love is Love”. Also, we have a staff member whose spouse is a police officer as well as many police officers as patients. Similar to our COVID stance, we do not believe that saying “Black Lives Matter” and respecting the police force is mutually exclusive. We have many patients in our practice who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community and respect all gender identifications and ALWAYS address folks by their correct pronouns. Additional training in perinatal care of non-cis, non-white communities may be part of your job requirements.

We are a husband/wife team, I primarily see the preggos and kiddos and my husband takes 'everyone else'. We are ideally looking for someone to supplement my side of the practice, as it is what we are known for and keeps us busy!

We don't consider ourselves a high-volume practice but can see upwards of 50-60 folks (between 2 docs) per day. Our appointment blocks are 15 minutes but we oftentimes double and triple book a slot depending on the patient.

-Pediatric trained through the ICPA

We are looking for a minimum of a two year commitment – ideally you’ll love it here and become a permanent member of our Be Chiropractic Team.

Salary is competitive and based on experience. Benefits include paid time off, long term disability coverage, short term disability coverage (maternity leave), and retirement accounts with matching from the company. Paid CE, license, and malpractice.
