Practice for sale in Mexico located 3.5 hours south of Phoenix, only 1 hour from the USA border. I am the only chiropractor here in a town of 57,000 people, and only one within 600 miles within Mexico – people travel from Mexicali and Hermosillo to get adjusted. A lot of people from the states who own condos here come down just to get adjusted as well. The next closest chiropractors are in Phoenix, Tijuana (south of San Diego), and Sinaloa (next state south of Sonora).

The practice has a patient base of 75043 , 10-12 new patients/week during the high season (October-June), and is a 50/50 blend of english/spanish-speaking patients being bilingual would be ideal but not required. I have a great bilingual office manager to help you, and all of the marketing material, patient education, website, and social media is in english and spanish.

I see a lot of families and kids, as well as a lot of retired expats. There are a lot of local sporting events (road bike races, mountain bike races, triathlons, motorcycle rallys, etc.) that I do screenings at that I would help you ease right into.

And the best part… you get to live in a beach town with one of the best beaches in the world! This is Arizona’s beach it is only a 3.5 hour drive from Phoenix, 5 hours from San Diego, 7 hours from Albuquerque. There will be plenty of time to take up activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, wind surfing, snorkeling, diving, etc., as well as time to explore other towns in Mexico, like Ensenada (comparable to Sonoma and Napa Valley) which is only 6 hours away.

I will help you with the work permit, and a housing option is available in our beautiful oceanfront condo in a gated community. IT IS SAFE HERE and the community is great.

The office is an open-office design, overhead is low, billboards are strategically placed throughout the city that will be easy and inexpensive to replace with your face, and cost of living is cheap.
