Immediate opening for Passionate Associate Doctor
Live and play in Minneapolis. We are 5 Star rated practice, looking for one outstanding associate doctor to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate, you will be trained and apprenticed in successful business systems and patient communication skills with an opportunity for partial ownership.
The Ideal candidate will exude the following traits

• Have an ability to market yourself and the practice
• Are able to teach patients the “WHY”
• Has a genuine concern for our patients health and well-being
• Must be able to communicate and show the value of chiropractic, wellness and corrective care
• Be able to comfortably ask for referrals
• You must also walk the talk (if you don’t live-it, you can’t expect your patients to)
Our office is a well established, Minneapolis metro practice that specializes in corrective and wellness care with additional focus on sports injuries and family care. Our modern facility is not your typical office, we have modern equipment, digital x-ray, EMR systems, huge online presence with great marketing systems. Techniques include Diversified, Drop, Extremity Adjusting, Rock taping.
After a brief training period, you will be expected to take over treatment of existing patients, as well as encourage referrals and reach out to the community at large, keeping patients engaged, educated, excited and on their care plans is a must, other expectations are keeping your own weekly performance statistics and personal evaluations.

Compensation is base plus weekly performance based bonus.
