Outstanding Opportunity for Associate/Partner Doctor in MI
We are a busy, successful family wellness-based office of 20 years looking to add a new or experienced doctor to our team!
We will train you on our perfected procedures and systems in our Wayland, MI office as an associate, and after two years you will have the opportunity to either: continue as an invested associate or to use what you learned to start your own office. We will form a partnership to help you to finance and open your own office in your preferred location.
This method has proven to be a win-win for other associate doctors who wanted to own their own clinic, but felt they lacked the necessary experience or finances to make it a reality. You will get one on one coaching during your time as an associate AND the first 3 years of growing your own office. There is also fixed, predetermined and agreed upon buyout at the end of 3 years.
