Outdoorsman Paradise on Oregon Coast

Selling a gem of an office. Very busy. See about 20 new patients a month. Very relaxed and updated office. It has a fun theme to the office. Have lots of good equipment that comes with the purchase. New class iv laser, traction table, brand new zero gravity massage/compression/traction/reflexology chair. Excellent chair. 3 new computer systems, currently running WonderDoc. Very easy system to use. I'm booked two weeks out. I have a vibration platform that I put patients on including myself. I have a resistance band station. Office is located on 1 of the busiest roads. Lots of traffic going by. Have a great reputation with other doctors offices and receive referrals from them. Have a mix of discounted medical plan patients, insurance and PIP. I am well respected in the community and massage therapists and acupuncturists refer to me. I book patients in 15 minute blocks. New patients are 45 minute blocks. Included with sale are all the training material from different technique seminars I use that the population here have really responded well to so that way you can replicate what I do for them. Very LOW overhead. Rent is low. If you are married you can have your spouse run the front. I use a billing company and use technology to do a lot of stuff you would typically hire someone to perform. Community responds well to chiropractic. The community is truly an outdoorsman paradise. There are tons of fishing, hunting, hiking, kayaking, mountain bike riding and camping opportunities. Marvelous beaches that make you awe in wonder. Lighthouses are up and down the coast. Redwoods are 3 hours a way. This is the spot for those that love nature and being in nature. Winter days average 45-50 with plenty of 60 degree days. Summers are 60s to 70s with at least 2 days that hit 80. It is a very moderate climate year round. I am wanting to return to the South where I grewup. $50,000 is the price for the clinic and everything in it.
