– Desire to run your own practice without the financial risk and every responsibility of ownership
– Be a team player who can step into a leadership role when needed
New graduates are welcome to apply and must be able to take on the responsibility of operating a busy practice with mentorship and support of practice owner/primary doctor. History of managing, operating, or owning a practice or business is a plus, but not a requirement.
