Mentor seeking associate for high volume Ontario practice
One of the most successful chiropractic practices in Canada is looking for a top-notch chiropractic associate who wants to learn, grow and make a huge difference in their community. Inside Out has been one of the largest chiropractic clinics in Canada for over 10 years.
Experience is ideal, as youll be expected to both grow your own practice, as well as adjust existing practice members who are used to high quality chiropractic adjustments.
The ideal applicant will be proficient in Thompson and diversified techniques, be comfortable adjusting children, be competent in performing manual adjustments to people of all sizes, be able to adjust in a time-efficient manner, be an excellent communicator, live/be invested in the community, and have a great team mentality.
The successful applicant will create a 2 year marketing calendar in advance, with expectations of growth over that time. Every assistance you need to help you grow will be offered including mentoring directly with Dr. French and Inside Out Mentoring.
The office has 5 full time staff, and is looking to expand.
Applicants will be expected to adjust on Saturdays, as well as throughout the week.
