I have a huge high volume/low overhead office that I want someone to love and take over for all my patients. Collections 2020 – 1.3M, 2019 – 1.25M. Routinely collects over 100K each month. Can collect 1.4M this year – EASILY! Chiropractic, therapies, decompression(2), digital x-ray, IST. Fully trained and highly motivated staff. All you do is examine, adjust, and ROF. Staff does it all! Takes x-rays and does financial ROF. Easiest system ever! Doctor retiring. Building can be purchased as well. Ideal for 2 doctors as I average over 435 visits per week on 3 full days / 2 half days. This office can still grow by expanding the hours during the week and could add Saturday mornings (lots of requests for that!). Smooth transition. Doctor lives about an hour away. Time to retire.
