We are seeking an medical Office Manager for Paradise Valley Arizona
This individual is responsible for the administration, direction, and coordination of all practice activities, except those directly involving professional medical judgement. This position will oversee the day-to-day operational functions and coordinate with the physician and members of the management team to ensure the practice runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities also include direct participation in all human resource development activities, monitoring employee incentive programs, team building, training, education, and development of personnel. Event planning, marketing, and assuring proper maintenance of office facilities, including building leases new equipment office upgrades/changes practice financials and budgeting.
Requirements:
College Degree
2 years of Experience in Aesthetic or Dermatology Practice Management
HR Experience
Proficient Computer Skills (including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Excel and Nextech practice Management)
Salary (range): $70,000-$90,000
