We prefer the MA to have Prior medical assistant experience. Preferably interrelated field like pain, PMR, orthopedics, neurosurgery or neurology.
Vitals, intake forms, pre-rooming questionnaires.
Knowledge with insurance verification preferred,
Good patients and people skills.
General medical assistant duties in the back and the front of the office.
The candidate must have excellent computer and typing skills to enter patient medical data accurately and efficiently into our EMR.
The MA must have strong interpersonal skills, exhibit a professional demeanor, and be able to explain procedures to patients.
Punctuality and attendance are expected.
