The team at Active Medical Center is expanding! We are searching for a lead Chiropractor for our West Dundee location. This is a full time position, Monday – Friday.
Active Medical Center is an integrated medical office offering several different health related services:
All health services include:
Physical Therapy
Chiropractic adjustments
Natural Joint Injections
Trigger Point Therapy
Decompression
Cold Laser Therapy
IV Nutrition
Stem Cell Therapy
PRP/PPP injections
As the lead chiropractor your main responsibilities are:
Performing all chiropractic adjustments
Working with the nurse practitioner to customize a treatment program for each patient
Handling questions from patients as they arise, while keeping them focused on their main health goals
Taking and analyzing x-rays
Reviewing x-rays at the end of a patient's active care plan, and going over their wellness options
Provide leadership for other team members, keeping the team focused on patient outcomes, maintaining a positive culture, helping to troubleshoot when necessary, and overall being a positive influence to those around you
Participating in one marketing event per quarter. We have one screening event we do per year
Your responsibilities in this role DO NOT include:
Doing a report of findings. Our case manager and nurse practitioner handle patient education and financials.
You will not need to review insurance plans or handle those questions. Those questions are the responsibility of the case manager
Tracking statistics. Our case manager takes on those responsibilities
Salary is determined based on previous experience, and will increase as training goals are met. Both new graduates and those will years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Who is right for this role?
The perfect fit for this position is a chiropractor looking to have a strong leadership role in a very successful office, yet not have any of the responsibilities of patient education and ownership. We are looking for a positive attitude, a desire to work in a supportive and upbeat culture, someone who is hungry to learn quickly, and get compensated accordingly. Again, pay increases as training objectives are met.
