Independent Contractor Wanted at Fully Supported Clinic
Looking for the perfect Chiropractor to join our team as an Independent Contractor. We have a busy clinic in a very affluent area in Virginia. We are a medium/high volume clinic and I believe in comprehensive care and having amazing skills to adjust, from infants to the elderly. I am philosophically grounded, but believe in integrative physical medicine (Chiropractic, exercise, nutrition, and not being cookie-cutter).
About Our Clinic = Chiropractic office that believes in preventive/wellness care, and serves as a family center for all populations. We have a full staff that supports our patients, bills our insurance, helps create care plans and cash plans. We have 5 care rooms for Chiropractic and any other therapy needed to be done in private, digital x-ray, and a rehab area where we have assistants performing electric stimulation, ultrasound, class 3 laser, traction, Spinalator, exercise and low-tech rehabilitation. We have practiced internal and external marketing strategies, contract with gyms, perform screenings and seminars, and see a consistent level of patients in the area.
What we are looking for = I am not looking for someone to "save" our practice. We have been well established for 40 years. I am looking for a very motivated, hard working, and amazing-with-their-hands Chiropractor, whom is looking to start building (or continuing to build) their practice. As an IC, you would pay monthly rent, but would have full access to all areas of the office, our lecture room, support from all staff and billing, and success coaching if wanting to learn what has worked for us. In addition, marketing support and external events are included in the value of working here.
Additionally, if looking to improve any adjusting skill sets (extremities, tmj, rib, occiput, functional neurology, infant, or elderly) I love to teach, as I only want the best doctors in town in our clinic.
