Cayman Islands rehab practice is looking for a Chiropractor to live and practice, tax-free in a tropical paradise, where the rich and famous vacation!

Our clinic in Grand Cayman is looking for ambitious Chiropractors who want to do extremely well financially working as a chiropractor. You must be outgoing, positive, great with people and have an interest in the health and wellness of your patients and yourself. You must be someone who pays attention to details and is goal-oriented.

This is a dynamic role which demands excellent evidence-based proficiency in chiropractic techniques, sharp business acumen and acuity. This role comes with a contract term of a minimum 2 to 3 years commitment.

As the Chiropractor, you will work closely with our team of medical, physiotherapy, massage therapy and support staff to provide first-rate care and support for new and existing patients. The Chiropractor will work in building a sustainable and first-rate chiropractic practice in Grand Cayman. Your loyalty is valued and rewarded most!

Job Descriptions

1) Demonstrate excellent competency in providing care services through the chiropractic techniques of choice to locate, analyze and correct spinal subluxations and other medical conditions.
2) Observe due diligence in maintaining patient electronic medical records, maintain accurate case histories of patients, and carrying out additional assessments as required.
3) Manage referrals for any additional tests to be undertaken outside of the practice.
4) Consult with appropriate health practitioners when necessary and maintain a co-management plan where appropriate.
5) Advise patients about recommended care plans. Communicate effectively with patients and/or parents and caregivers of patients, respecting privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
6) Counsel patients about optimal nutrition, exercise, equipment/devices, sleeping habits, stress management, and other matters that would promote a wellness lifestyle.
7) Be proactive in developing your patient base, through referrals and community interactions. (NO spinal screenings)
8) Provide support in the achievement of organizational strategic goals.
9) Work closely with in-house medical doctor, physiotherapists and massage therapists to develop care plans to assist in correction of health issues.
10) Must be accountable and responsible for daily clinic operations

Required Qualification(s):

1) Registered/Licensed Chiropractor from accredited bodies of Canada, USA, Australia or United Kingdom to allow for qualify for licensing in the Cayman Islands
2) Professional Liability Insurance – paid for by the employer
2) Excellent business skills for sales, services, and marketing
3) Physically capable of adjusting at least 20+ patients per day
4) Willing to commit to a contract for 2-3 years
