HUGELY profitable office in Paradise small town America!
Bottom line, and what you want to know: Over the last 3 years, since I bought the office, it has averaged over $120k gross receipts. The MOST hours the office has ever been open over that time is 34 hours/week. Most of this time it has been even less than that.
My current rent INCLUDING utilities, is $500/Month. Yes, $6,000/year.
I do MINIMAL advertising (under $2,000 last year), the cost of living here is very low, and it is a booming little tourist town that is going to only go UP in so many ways.
It is only for personal reasons that I am hoping to sell, which I will gladly divulge if you care to ask when we speak.
