We are selling our house practice in a very nice shopping street in Voorburg. It is no longer big enough as our family has outgrown the house. There are 3 bedrooms and the practice sits in the front of the house for Reception and an adjustment room. It is a subluxation based practice and has a steady flow of both alfuent Dutch as well as many expats from the Hague. We draw many from the international community with great health insurance ICC, EU Patent office, Shell, and many other international corporations situated here in the area of Den Hague. Very little overhead because of our location on the bikepath to Den Haag from Leidschendam, Voorburg, Nootdorp, Ypenburg, Rijswijk and right off of the main highway into The Hague. Its 5 years in existence and has a following from Alphen a/d Rijn of nearly 5% of the patient base
