Holistic Birthing Center Seeking Prenatal Chiropractor to Re
Hi there,
We are a holistic birthing center in Silverlake seeking a chiropractor to rent one of our lovely (and newly renovated) rooms in our upstairs suite to join our naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist and massage therapist. We are specifically looking for a prenatal postpartum chiropractor (and if you know the Mercier Therapy, that is a plus, but not mandatory.) This is more than just a tenant/landlord situation in that the midwives introduce and refer our pregnant clients to the independent contractors that rent from us — we are like a family.
Following is what we offer for a minimum 2-day full room rental but we also are flexible to negotiate more days and a new monthly rent determined on your specific needs:
$775.00/month for 2 days per week, (works out to about 90/day)
$30.00/hr for room rental on other days
$50.00 one time referral fee for our clients that you see at home
Receptionist support at specific times (please ask) who can help with answering calls and checking in clients
Ability to host a marketing workshop (maximum 2 hours) once a month in the classroom for no additional charge (additional hours can be negotiated)
Internet access
Printer access for simple printing and copying (practitioner is responsible for large printing)
Sheets and Laundry
Equipment
Chiropractic: Bolsters, Pillows, Lockable Filing Cabinets (table is not included at this time but can be discussed)
Marketing:
Social Media: Featured one day a week on IG, FB (and TW if wanted). (Photos and copy provided by you.)
Access to our FB page to repost/add articles, etc at any time.

Underground parking is not guaranteed. (There is plenty of free street parking).
