Hiring a second associate for busy prenatal/pediatric office outside of Philadelphia
We are looking to bring on a third doctor to our busy prenatal, pediatric and family practice located in Haddonfield, NJ (15 minutes outside of Philadelphia). This practice is a beautifully updated space built two years ago. We have been serving this area for five years. We see mostly pregnant and post-partum mamas, babies, kids and families. We brought on another associate two years ago and have grown rapidly. We are scheduling new patients 6 weeks out currently with zero marketing being done.
We are looking for someone who is kind, hard working, high energy, eager to learn and someone who is passionate about serving principled chiropractic to peri-natal women, infants, kids and families.
Ideally this person is certified in the Webster Technique (or soon to be certified) and has completed as least some of the ICPA courses. I am open to a student about to graduate, a new grad or someone with a few years of experience.
Our hours are very flexible and great for someone with a family. I have a playroom set up in the basement and my daughter who is almost 2 comes to work every day and I would be open to discussing a similar arrangement for anyone joining us.
Starting salary is 50k with an additional performance-based bonus structure. 12 paid vacation days per year. Plus other benefits including malpractice and continuing education.
