I am looking to hand this over to someone with great adjusting and personal skills. There are two ways to make this happen. The first is to lease it at a monthly rate you keep all profit. The average collections of this practice is approximately $33,000 per month with the potential to do much better as it has been operated as a very part-time practice. New patients average recently 10 per week without outside marketing. The second option is an outright purchase I have $200,000. I will also owner Finance 75 percent of this. The lease option is 10% of collections with a minimum of $2,500 per month.
The local area is great. Two hours from New York City, two hours from Boston, 30 minutes from Hartford. Very low ratio of chiropractors to population. Enjoy the outdoors and live in a rural area with great schools. Or you may live in a busy Suburban area around Hartford or New Haven.
