Golden Opportunity: Doctor Moving On / Move in Start
Would you like to move into an established 10 year Daly City Office location and start a new practice? The owner is moving on and currently the practice is seeing 50-70 patient visits per week. There is an associate doctor employed and he will be moving on as well.
There is a digital x-ray machine. There is everything you need to run your business, computers, treating equipment, etc.
If the patients and staff stay on for you to be their new doctor and boss, that is up to you and them…so be nice.
Requirements:
For the facility: You will need to take over a loan for the x-ray machine, roughly 30k or 700 per month, and the costs of the equipment on-sight, build out etc.
For the Practice: The owner will write a letter or recommendation for you at no charge.
If you require a transition (one month) so the current patients can meet you, then an additional 30k will be required.
