The ideal candidate that we are looking for is a new graduate who is proficient in diagnosis of spine and extremity conditions and has a proficiency in working with extremities and adjusting extremities. We would also like to have someone who believes that physical medicine is a combination of joint, muscle and compensatory movements that perpetuate injuries. Candidate must possess BC Chiropractic Association Licensing. The techniques that we provide are: Diversified Adjusting (Motion Palpation Institute influenced as I was an MPI rep), Extremity adjusting, drop table adjusting, soft tissue treatments including: Instrument assisted, Functional cupping and Pin and Stretch. The exercise therapies we provide include a collection of Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Joint by joint approach, Pain science and a collection of multiple techniques from my Masters Program. It would be great to have a candidate with some training in rehab seminars.
This position will be mentored and scaled as candidate book gets more filled. Initially, candidate will be provided training in terms of exercise prescription and education for clients in addition to training towards treatments and assessments. Candidate will initially start as a solo practitioner where they will be responsible for the History, Exam, Diagnosis, Report of Findings, and Treatment of the client. When front desk is not present at the times in which the Candidate is in the clinic,
The Candidate will treat on the first visit where the visit will be up to 60 mins from start to end. Every visit will incorporate the combination of muscle work, adjusting and active rehabilitation exercises as deemed required by the practitioner. Each subsequent visit of clients will be 30 minutes in length. As the Candidate's book of clients fills up to 50% an additional staff member will assist with booking and billing to ensure a smoother transition with clients and to keep the practitioner on schedule. Upon reaching 70-75% capacity at 30 min appointments, a Kinesiologist will be hired (by Baseline) to assist the candidate with the exercise portion of the visits. At this time, the Candidate will see clients for 15-20 minutes primarily to provide muscle work and adjusting and the client will then transition to the kinesiologist to provide 10-15 minutes of active rehab treatments therefore increasing the Candidate's schedule to allow 4 clients an hour.

Office hours and days candidate will work: To start, availability in the clinic include Tuesday Mornings, Wednesday full days, Friday and Saturday Afternoons
Salary (range): 50% of billing for clients generated by the clinic and clinic marketing experts and 70% of billing will be awarded to the candidate for clients that are obtained through the marketing efforts performed by the candidate.
