Facilitator Associates for a Telemedicine Integrative Medicine Practice Wanted
Wellspring Medical a telemedicine service specializing in Integrative Medicine is seeking chiropractic offices throughout the US to serve as "Facilitators" and Affiliate sites where we can refer patients for chiropractic treatment. The sites must believe in "Integrative Medicine" (integrating natural medicine with conventional medicine). As a "Facilitator" you will be the site we refer our patients to assist them in completing their health assessment questionnaires they submit to us prior to scheduling their telemedicine visit with our doctors. You will need to be able to take and record blood pressure, pulse, and weight of our patients. You will be paid a nominal fee each time Vital Signs are needed. As an Affiliate you must be willing to collaborate with our doctors to determine what treatments best services the overall needs of our patients so we can provide Comprehensive Therapy for our patients.
