Experienced CA/billing wanted ASAP

We are seeking a personable, professional and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant / Billing Specialist to join our practice located in Cornelius, NC. The position is full time at 3443 hours a week. Candidate must have a passion to help patients lead a healthier and happier life.

Duties include but are not limited to:

– Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
Attend to email correspondence in a timely manner
Answer phone and address all patient questions and concerns
Schedule appointments and check patients in and out
Coordinate and manage patient care and flow
Enter patient information, post charges, patient payments and insurance payments
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Enter subjective and objective patient notes
Coding and billing of all claims
Present patient with health benefits and/or financial plan options
Explain treatment procedures, diets, or physicians’ instructions to patients
Assist doctor with patient exams, muscle stim, and therapies
Assist with marketing events/projects inside and outside the office including but not limited to creating flyers, managing social media, performing screenings, etc.
Keep the office clean and presentable, doing spot cleaning throughout the day and thorough cleaning at the end of each business day

Must be proficient and have prior experience with ChiroTouch EHR and Microsoft applications.

Must have 243 years of Chiropractic experience and currently hold North Carolina CA certification.
