Whiplash Module 7: Comprehensive Examination : This module consists of a comprehensive examination. The examination will cost of the following types of questions. Multiple Choice True / False Short Answer Essay This module is optional; however, you must take this module and pass the test with a score of 80% or better to be awarded Certificate status with the North American Spine Institute. You will have one month to complete the examination after registration
