In this case, both TBCE and TCA are appealing a previous decision handed down by the Travis County District Court against the chiropractic profession in 2016. This legal challenge has been under everyone’s radar for a while now, and that’s a big mistake. Let’s be clear: TMA is, once again, trying to decimate the chiropractic profession. This time, TMA is contesting the legality of TBCE Board rules regarding the right of Texas chiropractors to diagnose and treat nerve-related conditions, including the subluxation complex.
