PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This integrated program will review essential anatomy, pathogenesis, imaging selection, physical findings and clinical management of common and important conditions of the sacroiliac joints, hip, knee, ankle and foot. Strategies for solving common and challenging clinical problems will be discussed. Opportunities for examination workshop, questions and discussion with faculty are encouraged throughout the presentation.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
Following the course clinician will:
•Be able to implement evidence based examinations using the Biomechanical Movement Matrix
•Be able to formulate a DDX and identify most likely diagnosis for conditions effecting the sacroiliac joints and lower extremity
•Be able to discuss strategies in solving common and challenging clinical problems of the lower extremity and sacroiliac joints
•Understand pathogenesis and imaging findings associated with common and important conditions of the lower extremity and sacroiliac joints
•Be able to select proper imaging based upon clinical suspicion with good knowledge of the strengths/weaknesses of commonly ordered modalities: plain film radiography, musculoskeletal ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography
